1. Terms of Service

By creating an account on this system, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose: submitting and managing employment-related information as an applicant, or posting and managing job vacancies as an employer, within the scope of PESO Balayan's public employment service operations.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including profile details, resumes, and job postings.
• Accounts are subject to review, verification, or suspension by PESO Balayan administrators where the system's rules require it (for example, employer account verification before job postings go live).
• You agree not to use the system to submit false information, impersonate another person or organization, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• PESO Balayan may update these terms as the system develops; continued use of the system after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Privacy Policy

This system collects the information needed to operate employment application processing and applicant management for PESO Balayan, including but not limited to:

• Account information (name, email address, phone number, password). Passwords are stored securely as hashes and are not stored as readable or plain-text passwords.
• Applicant profile information (education, skills, work experience, resume files, and optional demographic details such as PWD, 4Ps, or Fresh Graduate status, where voluntarily provided).
• Employer profile information (company details, contact person, business permit documents submitted for verification).
• Records created through use of the system, such as job applications, inquiry messages, and related activity logs.
• Security and audit information, such as IP addresses and browser/user-agent information, recorded for security and activity logging.

This information is used strictly to support employment application processing, applicant management, and job application review within the system — including appropriate employer visibility of application information submitted by an applicant to that employer's job posting. Information is not sold, and access is limited to what each account role (applicant, employer, admin, super admin) needs to carry out these functions.
